Mashhad hosting intl. gold and jewelry fair

MASHHAD – The second Mashhad international exhibition on gold, jewelry, gems, related machineries and equipments kicked off on Monday and will run to May 1.
In addition to domestic participants, a number of foreign companies from Turkey, Thailand, and Italy have attended the event to showcase their latest achievements and products.On the sidelines of the exhibition, a seminar on ""The status of precious stones"" will be held in collaboration with the Khorassan Razavi Province’s Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Department, IRNA reported.
The main purpose of holding the seminar is to identify the problems facing the gem and gold business in Iran, as well as finding suitable ways of removing their problems by inviting all those involved in the sector
